She will be joining Olympique Lyonnais, a French side, on loan until June 2023

USWNT midfielder Tom Horan has accepted a loan deal from Olympiquelyonnais jusqu' June 2023. It will allow him to join Olympique Lyonnais for the 2019 season. Horan will be joining USWNT teammate Catarina Macario at the club. Both players have been with the Lyon team since last season, and they will continue to be part of this team.

The move comes as no surprise given Horan's recent history in Europe. She played previously in France with Paris Saint-Germain between 2012 and 2016. She recently won the Women's World Cup in Lyon and has since signed a contract extension with Thorns FC, which will see her remain in the US until 2025.
