Jerramy Stevens
US women's soccer goalie Jerramy Stevens has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting her fiancee, Hope Solo. The altercation occurred just a day before they were scheduled to wed. On Monday, Stevens was taken into police custody on suspicion of fourth degree assault. A judge however ruled that there was not enough evidence to bring charges. Prosecutors can still file charges later if there is more evidence.
Hope Solo has concerns about Stevens' arrest. Stevens was reportedly arguing with Stevens' family, former NFL tight end, and U.S. women’s soccer captain. Stevens was charged with a lesser charge, but he was released on bail. The couple have been married for over ten years and are expecting twins in March 2020.
