Hope Solo has been a two-time Olympic gold winner

She earned NSCAA All-American honors every year of her college career, and finished as the university's all-time leader in saves and shutouts.

After being arrested for driving under the effects of alcohol and misdemeanor kid abuse on March 31, she was arrested. She is appealing for her induction in the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Her request has been delayed to 2023. When her twins were in the backseat, she was found asleep behind the wheel. According to reports, Hope Solo was so drunk that she was unable to perform a field sobriety test or follow instructions from the police officer. She was arrested for driving under influence and resisting arrest.

Hope Solo was originally scheduled to be inducted into The National Soccer Hall of Fame on October 31st. Hope requested the delay of the ceremony until 2023 to enable her to attend and be with her family during her recovery. Hope was originally scheduled to be inducted May 21st, but the Hall of Fame accepted her request to defer. Hope's decision to defer her induction was approved by the Hall of Fame.
