Hope Solo, U.S. soccer superstar, has pleaded guilty at the trial to driving while impaired. Forsyth County Judge gave Hope Solo, 23 years old, suspended sentences and an active sentence of 30 jours. Also, she was given a substance abuse assessment. Solo was awarded credit by the judge, for the time she spent at a rehabilitation center. The sentence includes a $2,500 fine and the obligation to complete a substance abuse assessment.

In a Walmart parking space, she was arrested

The mother of two was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest. She was also charged for misdemeanor child abuse. Hope Solo was observed by a witness lying in bed while she was driving. Police pulled Solo over. The incident occurred as Solo and her two children were asleep in the backseat of the car.
